Counseling Ministry

The Counseling Ministry is responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for individuals who look to join the church during decision time. They provide them with the steps of salvation and share information on the church’s various ministries and programs. This ministry also offers prayer and provides new members of faith with how to become baptized.

The Deacon’s Ministry in a Baptist church serves as a group of dedicated individuals who provide spiritual and practical support to the congregation. They assist the pastor and church leadership in various areas, such as caring for the needs of church members, visiting the sick and elderly, supporting ministry activities, and fostering unity within the church community.
Decoration Ministry
Leader: Alesia Thomas
The purpose of this ministry is to beautify the sanctuary and narthex for fellowship on annual and special days. Other ministries of the church can call this ministry for assistance with decorations for their various functions.
Media Ministry

The Media Ministry in a Baptist church is responsible for managing and utilizing various forms of media to enhance communication and support the worship experience. They handle audiovisual equipment, recording and streaming services, and other digital tools to effectively share the message of the church, distribute resources, and engage with the congregation and broader community.
Nurses Aide Ministry

The Nurse’s Aide Ministry is a compassionate group of individuals who provide medical assistance, care, and support to church members during worship services and other church-related events. They are trained to address basic health needs, offer first aid, and ensure the well-being of individuals who may require medical attention or assistance during church gatherings.
Pastor’s Aide Ministry

The purpose of the Pastor’s Aide Ministry is to aid the Pastor and his family with current ministry needs. This ministry leads the church in planning the activities and worship services for the Pastor and Family Annual Day.
Prayer Ministry
Leader: Rev. Fred Ponder Sis. Linda Ponder
Vision: For God to establish our Church as “a House of Prayer for all nations”. Isaiah 56:6. Matthew 21:13. Mission: We submit to Jesus Christ as the Head of the church and will strive to obey His command that His church should be called a House of prayer. We will not seek our own will — through our own efforts — but we will humbly come before God with a repentant heart seeking His will. We will seek Him first in all things. We will be still before Him. We will wait for Him. We will listen for His voice. We will obey Him. We will share with the church authorities what we hear and submit to their authority.
Temple Trooper Ministry
Leader: Livingston Hampton Asst Leader: Don Beatty, Russell Fletcher
The Temple Troopers ensures the safety and smooth flow of traffic within the church premises. They manage parking areas, direct vehicles, and assist worshippers in finding appropriate parking spaces. Additionally, they provide security measures to maintain a safe environment during church services and events, helping to protect the congregation and property from potential risks or disturbances.
Visitor’s Hospitality Ministry
Leader: Adrianne Bridges
The purpose of this ministry is to let the love of Christ shine through to visiting churches, delegations, VIPs or whosoever comes through our doors on annual days, during revival or whenever called upon to do so.
Sick & Bereavement Ministry
Leader: Coming Soon
The purpose of the Sick & Bereavement Ministry is to lift Christ Jesus as we comfort and encourage others in their time of need. Greeting cards, phone calls, prayer and visitations are extended to those that are sick and bereaved by the loss of a loved one.
